PathSignal Private Beta
Data Promise
v1.0 — July 2026
PathSignal is an early-stage product that helps AI users identify patterns in their thinking, judge what matters, and decide what to do next. During the private beta, you may provide PathSignal with onboarding answers, a ChatGPT or Claude data export, and feedback.
How we use your data
We use your data only to generate your PathSignal report, troubleshoot problems, and evaluate and improve the beta. Jake will not automatically read your report — you will have the opportunity to read it privately and share with Jake only if you are comfortable.
Our commitments
- •We will treat your uploaded AI history as confidential and sensitive.
- •We will not sell your data or use it to train our own models.
- •We will share data only with service providers needed to operate PathSignal, including the Anthropic API and our database vendor Supabase.
- •We will delete the copies of your uploaded data and generated report stored by PathSignal within 30 days after your beta participation ends — or earlier if you ask us to. Service providers may retain limited copies under their own data-retention policies.
About your report
Your report is an interpretation of your AI history, not a statement of fact. It may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain the final judge of what is true, what matters, and what you should do next.
